Colin led the communications team at Flint Group for several years and in particular, led the comms “workstream” during an important phase of Flint’s journey. Colin’s spike is in using different mediums and formats to deliver messages across and through an organisation. From bi-weekly engaging, colourful, attention-grabbing newsletters to professionally shot and edited CEO/CFO videos, Colin has really stepped up Flint’s communications capabilities. He has built a small but highly skilled and effective team around him to support him and to bring AV (as an example) skills to bear.
Colin is very experienced in his field and is able to fully understand the content of the communication himself to really get under the skin of the messages rather than simply focusing on the process itself.
