In 2019 Flint Group embarked on a global business transformation transitioning from a traditional supplier of printing inks and consumables into a global leader for sustainable printing and packaging solutions. The communication strategy was a key component, enabling the organisation to streamline operations, optimise supply chains, and introduce eco-friendly products to meet the evolving needs of its customers. The transformation delivered greater value, enhanced customer partnerships, and drove efficiency – maintaining its strong commitment to environmental responsibility and industry leadership.
